Credit card details to guarantee bookings.
Accommodation invoice is always presented on arrival and is required in advance unless other arrangements have been agreed to.
Corporate charge back arrangements available on application and by arrangement.
Any holding deposits paid will only be returned if cancellation is made in writing and received by Newton 121 at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
Should the term of accommodation be reduced, the guest is liable for the appropriate tariff under the current rate of schedules.
Newton 121 has a 48 hour cancellation policy or one night's accommodation is charged.
Undercover secure car parking is available upon request and is included in the price.
